CnS Experience

After a gap of 2 years, Ajio wanted to meet its retail network and give them a personalized feel. Hence, this huge 14 city event came in picture. From thousands of apparels to footwears to accessories, all could be experienced at this one event. The event which experienced more than 2 lakh visitors was deployed a dedicated workforce of about 2400 people. From groundwork to designing, selecting the premium venue or ground to hosting the guests, running a reach out campaign, and assuring no last-minute hassle is faced by our delegates; all predictable measures were best-taken care of. With 48 execution days, 60 days of travel, 3 months of planning, sleepless nights, pouring rain and our ability to adapt to unexpected challenges and implement effective contingency plans ensured that the event continued without disruptions. This accomplishment reflects not only on the success of the event itself but also on our company's capability to deliver excellence.

The event was designed to inspire retailers, wholesalers, and prospects to bring dynamic customer-centric visions to life, and pack them with information that can help elevate their marketing strategy. Dell Technologies wanted to give a feel-good factor to their Consumer and SB customers.

CnS Experience

We brainstormed and came up with Celebrate Dell Se and Dell SB Velocity Offer for consumers and SB customers. Both being different campaigns but thought through and well-curated. Celebrate Dell Se focuses on post purchase gratification for retail customers where we target last minute push and upselling. The campaign consists of a four-fold technique where we promote via digital, on ground, POSM and ATL. As many as 50k customers are touched till date. Dell SB Velocity Offer focuses on post purchase gratification for SB customers promoting the same on digital platforms along with door openers and industry events and association tie ups. This campaign has reached and touched 15k customers so far via aggressive approach making SB customers aware of our products and offers.

Comicon India is the country's greatest pop-culture celebration where celebrity guests, awesome merchandise, best gaming brands, and mind-blowing experiences are witnessed. Dell Technologies wanted to create a Alienware booth making a loud noise about the products and services.

CnS Experience

45,000+ enthusiastic gamers, 14 machines displayed, 8,000 square feet stall size - Creating a flawless Dell booth at the Comicon event involved a combination of strategic planning, engaging design, cutting-edge technology, and effective marketing. The booth design was not only visually appealing but immersive too, capturing the essence of the Comicon atmosphere. A combination of futuristic and pop-culture elements was incorporated into the design. Interactive zones were strategically placed to encourage attendee engagement. Dell's latest and most innovative products, such as gaming laptops, powerful desktops, and high-performance monitors, took center stage. Each product was displayed with clear information about its features and benefits. Demonstration areas allowed attendees to experience the technology firsthand. 70% of the PCs displayed across The Arena were either Dell Alienware or Gaming series. Engagement in quizzes, emcee interaction, winning prizes, playing 1v1, 2v2, 4v4 games like PUB G, Counter Strike, and 20+ dancers in Flash Mob pulled the audience to our booth like a magnetic field.
